CC&R Compliance Reminder

March 30th, 2026

Hi Neighbors,

As we enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our community, we wanted to send out a quick, friendly reminder regarding lot maintenance and the design rules outlined in our CC&Rs. Keeping our properties well-maintained not only keeps Woodridge looking its best but also ensures the safety and value of all our homes.

Here are a few key highlights to keep in mind:

  • General Lot Maintenance: Each owner is responsible for the upkeep of their residence and lot, including exterior painting, siding, and landscaping.
  • Fire Safety & Debris: For the safety of the entire community, please ensure your lot is clear of debris, including cut trees, shrubs, and trimmings. Proper weed and vegetation control is also required to maintain defensible space.
  • Architectural & Design Changes: Planning a new fence, a change in exterior paint color, or a new outbuilding? Please remember that all exterior improvements must be submitted to and approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) before work begins.
  • Storage & Parking: Please keep lots free of stored materials that might appear disorderly.

We truly appreciate everyone’s efforts in keeping Woodridge a beautiful and fire-safe place to call home! If you have any questions or need to submit a plan, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warmly,

Your Woodridge Property Owners Corporation Board

4/15 Water Repair & Shut Off/Boil Advisory

WOODRIDGE MUTUAL WATER & PROPERTY OWNERS CORPORATION

WATER SHUT OFF & BOIL WATER ADVISORY

In order to complete a repair, water will be shut off on Wednesday, April 15th at 9am with an estimated completion time of 12pm.

Due to this repair requiring a shut off and flushing of the system it is recommended to follow a boil water advisory until water can be tested and confirmed safe for consumption. We are hoping to receive the “all clear” testing results by the afternoon on Thursday the 16th. Notifications of the “all clear” will be posted to the website at www.woodridgepoa.org as well as a mass text/email to customers (if we do not have a cell phone number on file for you, please text or call us at 530-378-4249).

BOIL YOUR WATER BEFORE USING

Failure to follow this advisory could result in stomach or intestinal illness.

DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST. Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one (1) minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking and food preparation until further notice. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.

  • An alternative method of disinfection for residents and guests that are not able to boil their water is to use fresh, unscented, liquid household bleach. To do so, add 8 drops (or 1/8 teaspoon) of bleach per gallon of clear water or 16 drops (or 1/4 teaspoon) per gallon of cloudy water, mix thoroughly, and allow it to stand for 30 minutes before using. A chlorine-like taste and odor will result from this disinfection procedure and is an indication that adequate disinfection has taken place.
  • Water disinfection tablets may also be used by following the manufacturer’s instructions.
